UK Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 5–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, please allow up to 2 additional working days.

Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of €7. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements.

Some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers and can take up to 15 working days to arrive.

EU Delivery

Delivery within the European Union typically takes 5–10 working days. During holidays or periods of high demand, please allow up to 5 additional working days.

EU delivery is charged at a flat rate of €25. Orders are shipped using the most suitable courier service available for your destination.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are generally made between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time. In some cases, a signature may be required upon receipt of your order.

Dispatch Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs procedures, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you have not received your order within 21 days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

Most products may be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the item received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or faulty.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items returned more than 28 days after delivery.
• Products not in their original condition.
• Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Products with missing parts not caused by our error.
